The "Old Testament" Way To Heaven

There is a way into the Kingdom of Heaven; the dwelling place of GOD.
Heaven, it is a highly coveted destination. It's true that many will do just about anything to get there! Almost anything and everything - apart from the one guaranteed way to gain entrance!
Each of us, for the most part, would like to secure a place in Heaven. It's much more pleasant to the mind to imagine being in a place of peace and happiness when leaving this life, especially if, in this life, you're suffering from sickness and disease, poverty, mental torment, or even loneliness.
Did the MAKER of Heaven and Earth design a pathway that leads into HIS very presence?
So many individuals have offered their own opinions and ideas concerning what they believe Heaven to be like from their personal perspective as well as extremely opinionated beliefs regarding how to get there. You will find thousands of religions detailing unique practices and ceremonies demonstrating their convictions on how to be accepted by God in order to enter into HIS Kingdom of Heaven.
The Religions of Man
A "Religion" is defined as a belief in and reverence for a supernatural power or powers, regarded as creating and governing the universe. It is a particular variety of such beliefs, especially when organized into a system of doctrine and practice; a set of beliefs, values, and practices based on teachings of a spiritual leader (American Heritage Dictionary 5th ed. 2016).
The practice of sacred ritual observances; sacred rites and ceremonies; belief in, worship of, or obedience to a supernatural power(s); the ritual observance of faith is a direct expression of a religion or religious beliefs. An example of this is the Christian religion and its religious sacred rite of communion, in which the "body and blood of Christ" is consumed as a symbolic expression of the suffering of Jesus' body and the shedding of his blood when crucified. Jesus' sacrificial death was enacted to secure a place in the Kingdom of Heaven for those who may not otherwise have been accepted. By taking part in the rite of communion and believing Jesus' message, they are convinced that this is the religious path to not only be accepted by GOD, but also to gain entrance into HIS Kingdom of Heaven.
Even though there are thousands of religions offering religious beliefs and practices instructing others concerning entrance into the Kingdom of Heaven, two things MUST be clarified before starting one's journey or choosing a religious path.
Which "God" are you trying to appease and be accepted by?
What did this particular "God" declare was the path to be accepted by Him?
The Sure Path To Heaven
To start, It's crucially important to understand and recognize who the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to!!
Only the one who owns the home has the ability to not only give instructions on how to get there, but also holds the legal authority to invite others into their home.
Whose home are you seeking to enter?
1. Which "God" are you trying to get to?
It is no secret that there are many Beings worshiped and revered as gods: men, women, children, objects, spiritual Beings, etc. There are equally thousands of religions guiding others to the specific path into the presence of these worshiped Beings.
There must be a clear understanding in your mind in regards to the specific Being you are attempting to reach.
The specific ONE who claims to own and dwell in the Kingdom of Heaven is the ETERNAL ONE (also known as the GOD of Israel). HE is spoken of within the "Old Testament" as the ONE responsible for creating the Heavens and the Earth.
"In the Beginning the ETERNAL ONE created the Heavens and the Earth" Genesis 1:1, KJV
The "Old Testament" is, in fact, the Original Testament and it is the oldest religious historical documentation of man's interactions with the ETERNAL ONE. Throughout time it has become a trusted source, relied upon to study and examine the nature of this Being to gain wisdom and insight regarding interactions with HIM. The Original Testament was written nearly 4,000 yrs ago; long before the Christian book (The New Testament) or the Islamic book (the Quran) was written.
It is determined within the Original Testament that the ETERNAL ONE is solely responsible for creating and designing the earth and its inhabitants:
"Now therefore, if ye will obey My voice and keep My covenant, you will be a peculiar treasure unto Me above all people; for all the earth is Mine" (Exodus 19:5, KJV)
"To the ETERNAL ONE our GOD belong the Heavens, even the highest Heavens, the earth and everything in it" (Deuteronomy 10:14, KJV)
"The earth is the ETERNAL ONE's and the fullness thereof, the world and all who dwell therein"(Psalm 24:1, KJV)
"The Heavens are Thine, the earth also is Thine: as for the world and the fullness theeof, Thou, ETERNAL ONE, hast founded them" (Psalm 89:11, KJV)
"Thus saith the ETERNAL ONE, thy redeemer, and He that formed thee from the womb, I am the ETERNAL ONE that maketh all things; that stretcheth forth the heavens alone; that spreadeth abroad the earth by Myself" (Isaiah 44:24, KJV)
If you are attempting to interact with the ETERNAL ONE, the MAKER of Heaven and Earth; the GOD of all flesh, then the Original Testament is the ancient book that historically documents the accounts of man's interactions with this All-Powerful Being. He directly specifies the guidelines necessary for interacting with HIM.
2. Did the ETERNAL ONE declare the path necessary to be accepted by HIM and welcomed into HIS Kingdom of Heaven?
Upon examining the Original Testament, there are certain characteristics that are undeniably attributable to the ETERNAL ONE, one being Just. Simply put, HE is Just and Righteous in all of HIS ways.
"The ETERNAL ONE is righteous in all his ways, and holy in all his works" (Psalm 145:17, KJV)
"Justice and judgment are the habitation of Thy throne: Faithfulness and Truth shall go before Thy face" (Psalm 89:14, KJV)
The ETERNAL ONE is Just and Fair in all of HIS works.
To be Just and Fair is to be honorable and fair in one's dealings and actions consistent with what is morally right; righteous. Valid within the Law; Lawful (American Heritage Dictionary 5th ed. 2016).
As we look upon the human conscience we can see the reflection of the Justice and fairness designed by the ETERNAL ONE in direct reference to the code of morality which is further established within the written Laws and Commandments noted in the Original Testament. These Laws and Commandments encourage all men to be Just and fair; to be Righteous in their interactions with GOD and their fellow man.
The ETERNAL ONE has made it very simple and clear, outlining the path into HIS presence and being welcomed as a friend into HIS Kingdom of Heaven. HE has communicated to those who interacted with HIM nearly 4,000 yrs ago to abide by what is written within the Laws that HE established. Written within these Laws you will find the dictates of justice, morality, and righteousness; the very principles that are engraved upon the human conscience. HE declared that these principles of justice and fairness are not to be altered or manipulated.
"Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the LORD your God which I command you" (Deuteronomy 4:2, KJV)
This common them throughout the ancient scriptures that encompasses the Just nature of the ETERNAL ONE, the creator of man, can be found in the very first book of the Original Testament. HE directly informs the first humans concerning the path to HIS Kingdom and how to be accepted by HIM . HIS instruction is a truth instituted before any of the following major religions that we are currently seeing today that are detailing man's ideas and practices concerning how to be accepted by the CREATOR.
All the while, this pathway has already been disclosed at the start of humanity!!
What did the ETERNAL ONE say in reference to the pathway that leads into HIS presence?
"If thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted?" (Genesis 4:7, KJV)
Very simple. Very clear.
As the ETERNAL ONE declared, do not change nor alter HIS established judgments; do not add nor subtract from the elements of righteousness and morality which are confirmed upon the conscience of man.
The message: In order to be accepted by the GOD of Justice and righteousness, do what is right, fair, and Just. HE accepts those who do what is right and welcomes them into HIS presence!
"Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons: But in every nationhe that feareth Him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with Him " (Acts 10:35, KJV)
The path is clear - Do what is right according to HIS Laws and Commandments!
