3 Necessary Steps To Know GOD

There are certain necessary steps that must be in place before interacting with or "Knowing" GOD. These actionable steps are, in fact, Biblical requirements when setting things right and entering into the presence of the ALMIGHTY ONE.
We must first determine which "God" is being referenced...
In the minds and convictions of many, there are many "gods". However, we are exclusively referencing the ONE who declares that there is no other "god" but HIM alone; The ETERNAL ONE! (also known as the GOD of Israel, Moses, Abraham, Noah, Jesus, etc.)
"I am the ETERNAL ONE, and there is none else, there is no God beside Me" (Isaiah 45:5, KJV)
When referencing the GOD of Israel there are three helpful necessary steps to move toward interacting with HIM. Keep in mind that ultimately HE has the final say in regards to who is granted to come into HIS presence or to behold HIS glory.
Step #1 - Honor the CREATOR by doing what is right in accordance with a clear conscience
In the Original Testament book of Genesis, the CREATOR (GOD of Israel) spoke to Cain and HE said something that was crucially significant in terms of being accepted by HIM:
"If you do what is right, will you not be accepted?" (Genesis 4:7, KJV)
There are two ways in which an individual is made aware of what is right and what is wrong:
The Conscience
The written Laws and Commandments established by the GOD of Israel
The CREATOR (GOD of Israel) made it quite clear that those who do what is right (as defined by the conscience and the Law) shall be accepted by HIM. It's undeniable, and what is even more compelling is that this truth was established by the CREATOR Himself, long before any of the determined religious practices instituted by man that we so commonly see today!
There are a number of individuals are more concerned with adhering to the traditions and beliefs of man, than the reality of their own moral compass and the coinciding written Laws of the GOD of Israel!
Step #2 - Listen to the Instruction and Guidance of the Genuine Prophets of the GOD of Israel
These individuals are the ones in which HE has uniquely interacted with to communicate HIS way and also to present a deeper understanding to others regarding who HE is and what HE requires. Remember, a true prophet of the GOD of Israel will never, under any circumstances, instruct others to violate the Laws and Commandments established by the GOD of Israel.
A genuine Prophet of the GOD of Israel will not encourage you to go against the moral principles of the conscience. HIS Prophets teach others, based upon the instruction of the CREATOR, to walk in righteousness. The work of the Prophet is to establish the order and justice of the CREATOR upon the earth within the hearts of men. These chosen ones are able to identify deceptions and stumbling blocks in those who are seeking to set things right with the CREATOR. HE gives HIS Prophets special knowledge and insight into the lives of others regarding not only the applicability of righteousness, but also, an awareness of future events uniquely related to specific individuals in terms of the spiritual or physical outcome or consequences that will be encountered as a result of their choices.
"Behold, I have taught you statutes and Judgments, even as the GOD of Israel, my GOD commanded me, that you should do so in the land whither ye go to possess it"(Deuteronomy 4:5, KJV)
Step #3 - Obedience
It is crucially important to obey the voice of the CREATOR in direct alignment with the written ancient scriptures that document the Laws and Commandments established by HIM approximately 4,000 yrs ago. Obedience to the guidance and instruction of HIS prophets, in congruence to the ancient scriptures, are necessary to having a genuine interaction with the GOD of Israel. As I noted earlier, a genuine Prophet of the GOD of Israel will not instruct you contrary to the Law and order of the GOD of Israel!
HIS Prophets inform others of the Laws and Commandments, encouraging others to adhere to HIS Laws while providing the necessary biblical knowledge and skills to successfully achieve this state of existence; living a life of integrity and honor towards the CREATOR.
HIS Prophets uniquely provide inspired enlightenment directly from HIM regarding the implementation of HIS Laws even in today's society!
The CREATOR speaks directly to HIS Prophets:
"The GOD of Israel declared, "Say unto them, Thus saith the GOD of Israel; if you will not hearken (listen) to Me, and to walk in My Law which I have set before you, to heed the words of My servants the Prophets, whom I sent unto you, both rising up early, and sending them (again and again), even though you have not listened..." (Jeremiah 26:4-5)
In this particular passage the GOD of Israel notes the importance of listening to those whom HE sends to instruct others in the way of righteousness, and later warns of the consequences of rejecting the words of HIS true Prophets. It is important to respect those whom the GOD of Israel has sent to warn you or instruct you concerning your desire to interact with HIM. It is equally important to recognize and biblically identify the true Prophets of the GOD of Israel to avoid deception.
