Make Me Whole!

Updated: Jul 21, 2022

The call to the Christian.

People are suffering. Desperately searching for hope, some have given up on the hope of ever getting well, becoming a better person, or given up the hope of things ever becoming better in the world we live in. As a result some have become cold and embittered, being cruel to others and debase in their behavior with no fear of the ALMIGHTY ONE.

How many have heard the promises made by Jesus in scripture...faced a challenging situation and relied upon his promise to set free, deliver, or heal...and yet.....

Sigh...it was not fulfilled.

There are those who may object and say, "No, it may not have been his will" and this is what is said to ease the conscience regarding why they are still sick, or the person they prayed for is still sick, or have died as a result of their sickness.

Consider, in scripture, Jesus healed all those who came to him. Why? because they believed that he would heal them. Even if it was a very small minute expectation. The fact that they approached him, or called out to him was evidence of faith...faith as small as a mustard seed.

And so you claim that his Spirit resides in you.

His spirit was willing....every .....single......time.

Here is something else to consider...which leaves you without excuse as to why those you pray for are not healed immediately or within the hour...or worse...why you are in bondage to sickness, addictions, depression & anxiety, oppression or demonic possession.

Jesus stated that those who are true believers in him will ask for Whatever they Will and it shall be done! Do you see? It is not a matter of what "he wills" because those who are truly followers of him will possess his spirit and so they will have the mind of Christ and thereby in unison with his will.

If you are truly a follower of Christ/Christian...whatever you ask for....It Will Be Done! This was the promise.

This is also the revelation of truth...if your are not truly one of his followers.

"If you abide in me, and my words abide in you, you shall ask what You Will, and it shall be done unto you. Herein is my Father glorified..." (John 15:7-8, KJV).

"Truly, truly I say unto you, WHATSOEVER you shall ask the Father in my name, he will give it to you" (John 16:23, KJV)

Are you one who face the truth of what is written?

Or do you explain away the truth because the reality is too difficult to face?

Jesus commanded all those who claimed to be followers of his, to go out and heal the sick. In doing so it brings glory to the Father and expands the kingdom through power. The power given to those who truly believe, accept him as Lord, and possess the indwelling of his spirit (Mark 16:16-18, KJV).

Do you obey his command?

Do you demonstrate this in your life?

Is it evident that you are a true follower, believer in Christ with the indwelling power of his Spirit?

What does the scriptures unveil about the true nature of who you are?

Who are you?

No .....really......who are you?

"Now if any man have not the spirit of Christ.....he is none of his" (Romans 8:9, KJV)
